Ozeri The Stone Earth All-In-One Sauce Pan, with 100% APEO & PFOA-Free Stone-Derived Non-Stick Coating from Germany

This is a fabulous saucepan. The biggest selling point is that it is PFOA & APEO-FREE, which basically means it has a non-stick coating, which is not harmful like Tefal. I was able to find a PFOA frying pan, griddle and a stockpot from Wilko for a very good price but I couldn't find a large saucepan, which led me to look on Amazon. I stumbled on the Ozeri pan and it is lovely. It is heavy with a sturdy handle and includes a lid with a lovely shaped handle, which fits nicely in my hand. As a bonus it includes a thick felt pan protector, which I think is a must for when it comes to stacking. Follow the instructions for cleaning and seasoning. It comes well boxed and is perfect for gift giving. My first use was to make a bolognese and I was nervous that the red sauce might stain the 'stone-derived' coating but it rinsed right off. The key to keeping these types of pans looking new is to always use MEDIUM heat. It does take a bit longer to heat up and brown but patience will keep your pan looking new. High heat will scorch the coating, mistakes I have made with other 'stone-coated' pans I have owned in the past from Lakeland. I think this is a lovely pan. You can see the German made quality from packaging to product. I truly hope it will last for years. Eventually when my Wilko pans finally wear out or I get bored of them I will be replacing them with Ozeri Stone Earth pans.

As the headline says, these pans are amazing! Follow the instructions you get with them, in terms of prep before using, and also care for use and washing, and you'll love them! Nothing sticks, and they're a doddle to clean (we hand-wash them, after waiting for the pan to cool - as it says in the instructions). When done this way, the food wipes straight off with a regular dishcloth - no need to soak and / or scrub at all! Highly recommended - we were so please with this that my wife bought another smaller Ozeri stone earth frying pan, and I've used it for omelettes, which just slide straight out of the pan when cooked - absolutely no sticking at all!

Good big pan but heavy.

Brilliant all round sauce pan. Very good quality. Now August 2018, and have just bought another one!! Just works well as wok, frying pan, large saucepan!! Washes up brilliantly, well made, comes with felt insert for stacking. Now have two of these, and that is all that is needed generally. Don't do the cooking in our house for the most part, but husband cooks beautifully and lots of different recipes, and is able to utilise these pans in every situation. The first one we bought at the beginning of the year is as good as new.

Really pleased with this pan so far... Cooks well and nothing sticks. Very easy to clean. For some reason though it doesn't "fry hard", like for browning onions or for stir fries, super quick, super hot. But that maybe because I don't want to use the heat at full power as per the instructions. Recommended for long wear, strong pan

for ages I wanted a large pan with a lid I could batch cook meals in and this Pan is perfect! nothing ever sticks and I never use oil. it's very robust and so easy to clean. one of my best purchases. can't fault it, more than great value for money.

Además el servicio post venta fantástico, antes de que me llegara el producto estaba recibiendo en mi correo electrónico una notificación de asistencia al cliente de Ozeri , asesorandome de que si es necesario contacte con ellos. Ojala tuvieran todas las empresas esa atención, te hacen sentir mucho más segura a la hora de comprar vía online.

Si quieres tener un sartén que se limpie fácilmente como los anuncios, esta es tu opción perfecta. La comida no se pega y de hecho puedes limpiarlo con una servilleta y funcionará. Es mucho mejor que cualquiera de teflón y millones de veces mejor que el Flavorstone (compré uno de ese y un Ozeri al mismo tiempo y el Flavorstone ya se pega y se manchó, mientras que el Ozeri sigue como recién comprado.

This saucepan is terrific. I bought it because I was looking for a deep, non-stick (not Teflon) pan with a lid. I’ve only used it twice but am super pleased as it has met my needs completely. The size is great for one pan suppers or to mix pasta and sauce/fixings together — lots of room so I don’t spill onto the range top! The main handle is sturdy and easy to hold and the helper handle makes it even better. The lid fits nIce and snug. The non-stick surface is great although I haven’t tried it with eggs or anything delicate (not what I will use this for). Heat distribution is even. This saucepan will replace my recently purchased All Clad 3 quart sauté pan (yes really) which was a huge and expensive disappointment. Nothing bad to say......great saucepan for a great price. And shipped quickly!
