Defective item/Refund issues
Ordered ps5, it came pretty quickly, took it out of the box, plugged it in, worked at first but would not successfully launch any games without crashing, returned the ps5 & requested a refund. Instead of refunding for purchase price, seller is now trying to accuse me of FRAUD, saying that I returned a different ps5 & only refunded $34. DO NOT order from this seller. Seller needs new employees & company investigation it seems.

Few problems.
I Purchased this product months back along with a tv/gaming stand. I was extremely excited to receive this purchase I've waited and saved for it for quite some time and immediately one of the buttons on the remote that was sent with the ps5 wouldn't work so had to run and buy a new remote I've also had some freezing of the screen that's occurred several times besides those few things I've enjoyed my purchase.
