Lighted display case puzzle!
I got this to make for my niece who won 2 championship rings with her college dance team. Thought this would be a great way for her to display them! This thing was difficult to put together, it's a puzzle, but I knew that when I purchased. I would like to mention, there is a small circle plastic "coin" that comes with this and is to be used to peel the protective film if you can't get it with your nail, making that part easier. That said I still had to play around with the pieces to get them to fit for about half hour! Once together it's nice and sturdy. There is a indent with the light inside the box to put the picture frame in. Unfortunately, the light drowns out the picture as you can see in my pics. Maybe something that is thicker, like cardboard, a regular picture will not look good with that light on. Now there is also a set of string lights, which I assume allows for the cordless option, and with these, the picture looks good. I'm not sure I would pick this item again due to the issues I mentioned. But it is a nice display case and the door is a nice feature, so if it fits your needs I would consider it.

Great Display Case!
We got this for our 13 yr old son who had a winning season with his youth football team. It was excited to display his championship ring and the football card we had made for of him in his team uniform! He put it together himself and he likes that it's rechargeable with a USB-C since we have tons of those laying around and it came with a new one. He can turn the light on and off and it looks good on his nightstand.

So Much Wrong
I have to say my first thought when I opened the box was “what the heck?”. This double ring display comes as a bag of parts. That would be find if I ordered a puzzle, but I just wanted a home for my replica World Series rings, not an evening project. It’s easy to assemble, but a pain because you have to remove the protective film from both sides of each panel. There are no tabs to assist here. It’s torture. Bottom line, at this display’s price it should come ready to use. That’s Gripe 1.The main feature of this display is it’s LED backlight. It’s white only, which I understood when I ordered. I’d rather have my team color, but white is fine. The problem is the LED is at the back of the display and the rings (forget about the card option as I didn’t get that far) block the light. What you get is a barely backlit ring and the front of the ring is shrouded in shadows and hard to see.But it gets worse. The reason I selected this holder was that it homes two rings. And it does come with two ring holders. But they don’t come fixed to the base or with a way to fix them to the base. You end up with is a heavy ring on a weightless piece of plastic. Gravity takes hold and the rings move with every slight bump of the holder. Ultimately, it’s up to the buyer to glue the holders down. I’d be find with that if glue or other adhesive was supplied but going out of pocket for two drops of plastic glue or other adhesive is unreasonable. For these reasons I award this display holder 1-star. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not a criticism, just an FYI, the display is powered by USB-A. No power adapter is included, but who doesn’t have an old 5w USB-A power brick around.

LANSCOERY Acrylic Championship Ring Display Case with LED Light - Waste of time and money
I have a lot of collectibles, and I wanted a new way to display them. I just got a new cabinet, so I figured why not christen it with some new display hardware. The pictures for this product make it seem like a great idea, right? Well I guess I was sorely misguided. Unfortunately this product has numerous issues:1) it’s a royal pain to get the plastic covers off both sides of each panel. Can't you include a pull tab??2) the instructions are not good...fundamentally misleading and I had to start over three times3) During assembly I managed to crack the case in two places - it barely fits togetherThey include a dinky little acrylic circle that you are supposed to use to peel back the plastic but it DOES NOT WORK. It will eventually work, but it is much easier to use your nails, but even then the plastic feels like it is designed to not come off.And then the instructions...oh boy the instructions! WHAT A SHAM. The first step is remove the double layer protective film. The second step is also verbatim "remove the double layer protective film" with a different picture! The third step...guess what?? "Assemble"Yes, just one word, assemble. I get it, it is a box, shouldn't be that hard, right? NOPE, BZZZ, WRONG! They show the two side panels attached to the bottom in the picture...you add the two side panels, and then the next step is..."Assemble the top panel"The top panel is already assembled. There's no more assembly. They mean to put the panel on top of what you built already. There's three panels left, but with some deduction you'll figure out which is the right one. Then they hit ya with the next step: "OPEN THE DOOR"???WHATI have two possible panels left - what looks to be the back, and the other, a door looking piece, that I presume is the front. It is at this point I realized you have to put the back panel on before the top. So I took everything out including the top, put all the sides on first, except the door, and then put the top back on. Now hear me out. There's a piece that looks like a door. You can't put it in once you've put the top on though. You have to remove the top to put the door on. So I go and remove the top AGAIN and try to put the door in. My patience at this point had faltered and I realized you can't just put in any old way - you have to line the door up with the hole in the base for the door to pivot in. Silly me hadn't done so - so I took out the top and flipped it around and presto - I have a door! Woo! I opened it!Everything fits together pretty poorly. It's clear they build no tolerances into this and expected you to press fit everything. The next steps are simply telling you how to operate the light and put a picture in the picture stand they provide. The picture stand is REALLY tight. I struggled to get a Pokemon card inside of it and gave up. It will not fit a Pokemon card and it felt like it would damage the card. They also never tell you to plug in the light. They just say to turn it on, like magic. You can't just turn it on. You need to plug it into a USB power source, which is NOT INCLUDED.Eventually I got it all together put a card in it and turned it on. Only to find the USB lights are really bad. They are different shades and you can see the reflection inside of the case, it is very distracting. I also noticed I somehow managed to crack it in two places despite being pretty careful when building it.ALSO - FORGET CUSTOMIZING THE LIGHT. It resets to factory settings every time to you turn it off. So if you cycle through and find just the setting you want, be ready to find it again next time you turn this cursed object on.The one upside? It's heavy. The base is weighted to ensure the cable doesn't pull your collectibles over when you plug it in and handle the control. It took me 30 minutes to peel off the plastic and assemble a small acrylic box. It was not a great experience, and it doesn't make sense to spend $25 and 30 minutes on this when you can get a basic acrylic box for a fraction of the price and just add an LED light yourself. I would not recommend this. At all.
