Powerball 250hz Gyrosopic Wrist Exercisers - Rehabilitation and Strengthening, Wrist, Grip, Forearm, Arms and Shoulders

J'ai pu utiliser le powerball suite à une opération de la tête radiale (coude). Ça m'a beaucoup aidé à retrouver de la mobilité en me forçant facilement à aller de plus en plus loin dans mes mouvements. Bref, je regrette pas du tout mon achat !

I purchased this product based on a trusted recommendation. I had broken the head of my left humerus and wanted to accelerate my recovery. At first glance when I tried it out I was very skeptical, it was only after 30 minutes of use as per the instructional videos that I noticed a significant improvement in my range of motion. Since than I have incorporated this device into my regular exercise routine and absolutely love the results! I have since convinced 2 family members to order one.One important piece of advice based on y experience, maintain your form at all times, the speed of the gyro will increase as you get stronger, focus on proper form and don't worry if you can't get the gyro to the advertised 15,000 RPM. Second piece of advice; my hands are smaller than average, I ordered the model that has a digital display. The display sticks out a little bit which makes a tight grip on the device very uncomfortable after prolonged periods of use. I contacted RPM sports and they were very responsive to my concern, they will send me a free cover in order to replace the counter thereby reducing the profile and improving my grip on the device. If you have smaller hands, just order the one without the counter. This has also alleviated any pains I had associated with carpal tunnel and dramatically improved my hand to eye coordination. I am a believer, this product really works. Thank you Powerball and RPM sports!!!

Worth it, genuine product.

しっかりした作りで頑丈そうです。使用頻度は少ないですがそうそう壊れるものじゃ無さそうです。負荷は自由に調整できます。使用者の技術にもよりますが、負荷が足りないという事はまず起きないでしょう。コツをつかめば紐無しで回せます。紐を巻くのが面倒なのでもう使ってません。まとめ:買いだとおもいます。

Un buen "juguete" para entrenar y endurecer sobretodo las muñecas. Tiene un peso considerable (lo esperado) y genera una gran velocidad que hacer ejercitar el brazo entero. Tras semanas de uso noto cierta mejoría en las muñecas. Estoy muy contento.El marcador hace su función aunque no lo uso demasiado. Los materiales son de plástico, pero no son de mala calidad. Se puede desmontar fácilmente para limpiarlo o si se queda la cuerda trabada.Por su tamaño es totalmente portable a cualquier sitio.En general estoy contento y lo uso cada dia mientras veo la tele. Lo único negativo es el ruido que genera.
