Does it work for transormers?

Yes it works on transformers in fact that is exactly why I bought them and the work on all various sizes of my son's transformers he loves how he can pose them and make it look like they are flying ....the come with what looks like a sideways u to put around the waist of an action figure but I didn't put those on it has a small post at the end which I believe you can see in the picture of the product and that fits into a small hole on the transformers that seem to be made exactly for this reason .... They are fairly durable and I am quite happy with them and am planning on buying more cause my son has a lot of transformers and he loves to make battle scenes ...I hope I have been able to answer your question...in short it's a fantastic but for transformers

Will this work with koto mega man x models ?

Its should work. The Mega Man X model says it has a 3mm hole for stands. If a particular model doesn't have the 3mm hole you can still use the included claw to hold it around the waist.
