Product came in a bag completely covered in oil. The two enclosed containers were not open so I had to clean the pump. Unfortunate but I needed to use it so I cleaned it off filled it with oil and it seems to work. Still disappointed

This is a very good machine, but my review is more about the customer support from NAVAC I received rather than the vacuum pump which we think is excellent. We have purchased a few of these units and as with anything else, you will get one that may fail. When I reached out to NAVAC support and informed them that one of their units I purchased stop working and it was within the warranty period, they responded quickly and send me out a new replacement unit immediately. I had it within a couple of days, and they did not make me go through any kind of troubleshooting steps, or give me a hassle of any kind, but rather just took care of this for me immediately. Not too many companies respond so quickly and take care of you so quickly, this is an excellent company with a great product, I would not hesitate to buy one of these units if you are considering a new vacuum pump.

The pump works great but the handle is to close to the tee and the tee isn't positioned at the right angle. Struggled getting the hoses on the first time I used it but it worked well the second time the tee moved while trying to get the hose on it and I spent the next hour thinking I had a leak and it turns out the tee was loose. I ended up taking it out and putting some nylox on it and positioning it to be alittle easier to use but overall the handle and tee are just to close. Edit: I am using a trublu evac hose.
