I have only had this make honest and good and another with the same initials, this is so much nicer plus dissolves easily be warned though it is quite addictive!!!

Bone broth is nicer than beef (substitute product). Tastes a bit like stock/soup. I was using a collegen supplement to see if it helped with general wellbeing and joint aches.....it didn't. I switched to bone broth as it was something an aussie personal trainer I follow was discussing and quite quickly I no longer have discomfort to my big toes which are arthritic and sometimes cause me aches and pains. Not the cheapest, but worth it if i get positive health benefits. Hasn't impacted energy, appetite or weight so far after a month.

This stuff is a game-changer. I started acupuncture a few months back as I was struggling to lose weight like I used to (late 30s now) plus bloating, pain etc and she recommended bone broth first thing in the morning and this brand in particular because of the reviews. Honestly, it's brilliant. Tastes lovely, DISSOLVES EASILY (so sick of things that don't) and it's made a massive difference to my metabolism, energy levels, skin, weight, everything. And it lasts as many doses as it says it will too.

I have lost track of how many times I have bought this now. Brilliant beefy flavour. I use it daily as a hot drink and my husband uses it when he cooks to add flavour to sauces and gravy. Really easy to include in your daily routine to add some protien and nutrition. It dissolves really easily in some hot water and you can add other herbs or mushroom powders to switch up the flavour. Easy on the digestive system and really satisfying when you want something savoury.
