DEWALT DCH253N-XJ SDS Plus Body Only Rotary Hammer Drill, 18V XR Lithium-Ion

Pure quality for serious DIY work. It is no demolition hammer but, hey, look at the size! My wife used it to remove concrete from stone slabs and she loves it (beats diamonds!). It eats batteries. I was using a 6aH and you will need a big battery for this unit.

A great piece of kit for everyday site use, lightweight, compact and powerful for most general like chasing out in plaster, brick or blocks or drilling for fixings up to easily pushing a 28mm bit through solid walls. In constant use it will eat battery life fairly quickly so higher amp hour batteries are better. No suitable for really heavy work like cor drilling, for that you’ll need a bigger beast.

Fantastic sds drill , lightweight with loads of power. Performed better than other top brands.

You can never doubt the quality of Dewalt always top quality and easy to use.

Goes through brick like butter , use it to fit UPVC windows which are steel reinforced and even with a masonary bit it it goes through both the steel and into the brick without messing about changing bits.. Dewalt just WORK ....thats it really ..
