For me, the first day I felt like a Smurf. Then on the second day after shampooing, the blueness started giving way to a more consistent silver. (My husband kept staring at my hair with a grin). I like that the mask did tone down the brightness of my natural bright platinum blonde to a more mellow silver. The mask washed out after four shampoos. It smells fantastic and I will continue to use it while continuing to grow out my natural hair color. It isn’t permanent so it works for my hair needs to keep my hair and scalp healthy.
