Ridiculous markup
Find another vendor even if it's your local Starbucks brick-and-mortar franchise. There is nothing wrong with the product; it is just a ridiculous markup on the Starbucks brand. Bad vibes; gave it to Goodwill.

Lid doesn’t stay on / in the cup!!
The lid just will not stay down in place. Hot coffee… cup feels good and I like the rubber bottom but… the lid just rises upwards and will spill the hot coffee all over. Returning it today. Didn’t Starbucks test this out before putting their name on it?

I love this mug ! But, not at 31.00 ? I paid $11.95 today at Kroger’s!

False advertising
I order the cup because it was advertised as microwaveable!!! When I received it printed on the bottom of the cup on its rubber base read DO NOT MICROWAVE

Muy caro el producto para pila mala calidad, se calienta mucho la taza y el café dura muy poco tiempo caliente. He comprado tazas de stbx de cerámica que dura mucho tiempo el café caliente. Lástima.
