It didn’t work well for me

We found we are sleeping much better!UPDATE: Went to reorder these and they have risen in price by $14.!!!!!!!!!We'll try ANOTHER brand!

Didn’t work for me, but first time I tried it, I did notice quite a good effect of making me sleepy. But each night after, didn’t work at all. I put the patches in different places, increased number of patches, etc.,, and zippo, nothing, no effect at all. But, there is something to this that can work…. Felt it that first night. In fairness to this product, my insomnia is so severe, not much of anything works. Including Rx drugs. I gave the patches to a friend who is also a severe insomniac and he said they didn’t help him either. But, they were inexpensive, and certainly worth a try.

I have found these to be not very helpful. They don’t stay on all night. I find them in the morning in the bed somewhere.I haven’t noticed much difference in sleep either. It still takes me hours to fall asleep ☹️
