Excellent Port to the Nintendo Switch
I love playing shmups on the Switch! Especially older titles remastered over to the nintendo hardware. Plays solid with 0 Frame Drops!Love the fact they include a Tate mode so it can be played vertically like in the original arcade ports. The Mikado remix is very happily welcomed and it comes with a download card to download the soundtrack on up to 3 different devices.Online and local leaderboards and unlockable wallpapers when playing in landscape mode. All in all a great series!

Great game in the Raiden series, but a minus in the soundtrack department
The only real negative about this game is that the Deluxe Edition doesn't give you a download code for the FULL soundtrack album. The download only contains the 36 tracks from the original Raiden III soundtrack back in 2014. Still great music, but the point is that you're not getting any of the 26 new MIKADO tracks that this game utilizes. Had I known that before purchasing, I would've bought the limited edition from Japan instead. If you don't care about the having the soundtrack, it's still a solid game & a worthy purchase.
