Just started treatment so I cannot see any visible results. But it is a complex of vitamins so it can’t be too bad either way.

Do not waist your money on these
I tried these for 3 months and they did not help with my hair growth at all. They are a large tablet, hard to swallow and definitely not worth the try as they made no difference to me what so ever.

There's no harm in trying
If you don't take other vitamins or supplements and you think you can do with some extra help then give this a go I suggest you take the date down when you start taking them and providing you don't have any side affects carry on for about 8 months then asses the situation. If you think your hair loss has improved ( your not getting too much fall when washed or combed ) then carry on taking them if no improvement then stop. There are far more cheaper vitamins out there. Personally I find the lotion from this make much better.
