I am a court reporter and use FTR. I ordered a pedal because I needed an extra one for home. I received the wrong pedal on my first order. It was the correct box, but wrong pedal on the inside. I contacted TVPS and they had me send it back and, once received, they would ship out the new one. I have received the new pedal and it works great. Great customer service. Very easy to deal with. Will use them again for my transcription needs!!

I was told this was a great foot pedal. In the first month, I noticed that the top of the foot pedal was loose and upon picking it up, it came apart. The screws had loosened. I was able to put the lid back and tighten the screws up but unfortunately every few days I have to re-tighten the screws as they keep loosening.

Works well and pairs incredibly easy. I’m a court transcriptionist who uses audio relay. It was great to set up. However having the pedal timed to a 3sec delay, it literally sounds like I’m clacking down the hallway in a pair of high heels. I wish there was a way to quiet it down.

I am a court reporter on Case Catalyst software. I recently purchased this foot pedal to replace a prior one to work with a software called Express Scribe, which I have been using for years. When it arrived, somehow it conflicted with my CAT software. No clue how or why but I called tech support and spoke with the "President" of the company, a Mr. Tom Wilkes, and told him that I was in a real bind and needed a replacement foot pedal ASAP but that it had to be compatible with Case Catalyst. He then sent me the link to yet again ANOTHER foot pedal which he assured me would work and I noticed that they put a disclaimer on the original one I purchased cautioning buyers that it's not compatible with Case Catalyst, something that would have been great to know BEFORE I purchased it. At any rate, upon his insistence, I purchased a so-called "compatible pedal and even paid extra to have the new one shipped right away. It arrived today and it has the EXACT same issues as the prior one. Of course, there's no one available from tech support as it is after hours and so I am screwed.

I discovered that the middle play control did not work more than 30 days after receiving it due to my limited need to use the pedal now. Customer Service was excellent and replaced the defective unit. They were easy to contact and helped resolve the problem.

Great foot pedal for my transcribing work.

I bought this September 2024. It slips back too far when I step on the pedal and release. A foot pedal should last more than 16 months.
