This is an amazing pain reliever. I wake up in the morning with almost no back pain. My wake up stiff and sore is down by probably, 90%. I take one at bedtime, and it seems to stay good all through the day. I am an amateur herbalist, and never heard of this. A friend told me about it.

I take one of these daily, especially in the morning to deal with minor back stiffness (aches) when I get up. Also helps when I have minor pain from a stiff neck or muscle soreness from physical work of one kind or another. REVIEW ADD-ON: Just this early A.M. was awakened by pain in my anterior thighs. Took some of this and after a bit was able to get back to sleep for a short while before being awakened again by the pain. Ate some dark chocolate and the pain eased. Apparently it was a lack of magnesium in my system, remedied by the dark chocolate, or the nitric oxide effect (relaxing blood vessels) of the dark chocolate that ameliorated the pain. Stayed up the second time and am feeling very little discomfort. Also, drank some beet root juice just to enhance the nitric oxide effect, just in case that was the main factor. Also, just now took a magnesium tablet just to be sure. When it comes to pain, there's no such thing as overkill. '-)

I take it daily prophylactically to prevent my arthritis from flaring up so it seems to work in that regard if taken daily.

I tore a tendon in my ankle and never had anything done to it as far as surgery goes, because I don't do elective surgery. That's just how I am. So naturally, I'm still in pain years later. This is one of the only things that has taken the pain away, and I can't even believe it. In China this is sold right next to Advil and Tylenol. They use it hospitals too. Here? They don't want you to know about it, because the drug companies don't want to lose the money they're making selling you their far more dangerous pain medication. Money over everything in the U.S.A. Same as always. Luckily, you can buy it here on Amazon.

This product didn't work at all for me. To be fair it's probably due to my tolerance level. I've always had a high tolerance to meds. Even ibuprofen or aleve. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and Percocet 10mg pure barely helps. I hope this all natural alternative works for others. The return policy for this was so fast and pain free. Thank you

Works well for me as I can’t drink energy drinks and lots of caffeine stuff! I can think without feeling stressed or tired

I am completely in awe of how amazing this product is. I suffer from severe pain due to spinal injuries which also causes nerve pain. The first night I took these I traded it out for Rx pain meds and enjoyed not only pain relief (within 30 min) but enjoyed the best night’s sleep in years. My hope is over time this will completely replace the Rx pain meds, although even reducing it by one dose a day and waking up well rested is a huge relief! You can only take 2 a day, which is why I chose to try it at night to begin with, otherwise it would have easily warranted 5 stars! If I find that overtime it builds up and eliminates the need for my Rx during the day I will gladly add that last star.
