I purchased to support nerves after case of shingles. I choose this for the preferred forms of b-12, folate and b-6 recommended for recovery of nerves. Taste great! While expensive, the price is cheaper as compared to getting 3 different vitamins of this quality and mg. All the forms are immediately useable by the body. About the 3 forms - GPT Chat says; B-12 (Methylcobalamin) • Active form used in the methionine synthase reaction for DNA synthesis and homocysteine metabolism. • Directly usable by the body, often preferred in supplements for neurological support. Folate (5-MTHF) – supplement form of the active folate. Doesn’t require conversion, immediately usable by the body. B-6 (P5P Pyridoxal-5’-Phosphate) is the active, ready-to-use form of vitamin B6. Does not require conversion by the liver.

My primary care physician recommended this brand for a specific reason. I have consistently improved. So for me they have been effective. I didn’t let them dissolve in my mouth. I chewed them. The flavor is a mild cherry and is quite good.
