Quite pleased with this outfit tbh! I ordered the XXL thinking it may be small fitting but this is not the case at all! I’m a 16-18 (and quite booby!) and the XL would definitely have been big enough. The material in the front of the dress is quite thin and see through but the red bit it quite nice. It does have a bit of stretch to it as well. I’ve bought an underskirt to make the dress more full and it definitely looks better with this….it’s not a very flattering style for the larger lady! I will be getting it altered to fit me so it will look better than in these photos…I just took these when I first tried it on. It actually looks much better in real life than in the pictures!Oh and the length of perfect for me I’m 5’4”!

Looks great on, really nice, but the first time you wash it the red fabric will bleed all over the white ruff and ruin it. That's not because it's delicate or special in any way, it's because they used cheap unfixed fabric and then priced the item at a premium, and honestly, I am just tired of this kind of Rip off. I paid more for this item because it seemed so much higher quality than other Tudor outfits, expecting for my daughter to be able to wear it over and over, and not just wear it once and then it be forever stained. What a frustrating let down of what should have been a good costume.

-Loved- how it looked on photos-It was true to size i am size 10 and small was perfect.-The skirt padding meant the dress looked good even without under skirt.- i added some extra pearls to headdress as i felt it was a tad bland but it matched dress which is a big plus- the pearl beads look quite artificial but for the price and use as a costume they do the job- only slight problem is that as i am tall the sleeves and skirt were a bit short but nothing that cant be fixed with a few additional embellishments

I was a bit anxious buying this costume having measured myself and being in-between sizes but I went for the smaller size. It’s actually lovely and stretchy, well made and looked fabulous. I did have to wear a vest top underneath so not to show off anything I didn’t want to but it was fine. I’d definitely recommend it and will be wearing it again.

Looks lovely, fits well, I am 16/18 and bought the extra large. Exceeded my expectations, can't wait to wear it at Jubilee party in June.

Delivered today and packaging said M - 10/12 even though the size guide and description both say M - 12/14 - make up your mind. Not happy. Also gone up £5 in price so if I send it back have to pay more for a larger size- not impressed.The website is correct label M is 12-14 so I don’t have to send it back and it fits well. Good value for the price.

Good quality for the price small fit but perfect for the size I needed i didn't have to alter them at all.
