I haven't tried using these yet as I've only just received them. They're nicely packaged and seem like good quality - the only problem is that a couple of them arrived covered in dust despite being inside some plastic, in a bag and in a box. This isn't a big problem as I'm happy to clean them and use them, but it is a little off putting.

I used to use a number of different long bands but these are much easier to use. I’ve got a chronic health condition and been stuck indoors for nearly over 2 years. Thanks to these I’ve been able to keep my strength up and reduced muscle wasting. I’ve been using them since I got them and haven’t noticed any significant wear and tear. I’d definitely recommend them. I knew what to do because I’d used them in ballet before but there are plenty of videos to follow online.They can also be packed into a little bag if you don’t like working out at home.

As a beginner to working out and doing home fitness routines, these have helped with differentiating between workouts. However, at times some of the bands do ride up & it can be annoying putting them down again. But it is good practice at using resistance bands and is affordable.

They are perfect. I used to do exercises at home, but needed to make it bit more challenging. These resistance bands are superb. They do roll up sometimes, but less with the Heavy, the thicker one.

I am totally in love with their Resistance Bands !!! They are very good quality !!! They are not rolling up when you are using it. You have a range of different strengths, the colors are just soooo pretty !!! They have different set absolutely fabulous!!! Easy to use, you can take them everywhere, outdoor, at the gym, when you are traveling, they are so convenient ! Absolutely love these bands, I love how easy they are to take with you and store amd they're so compact! I've been using their YouTube videos doing their workouts daily and I'm already noticing my body toning after just 2 weeks! I still have a way to go but I'm absolutely loving them so far!So much better than having clumpy weights around the house x
