Day one, and this charger is fantastic compared to the original one. I think Tractive should have offered all owners a free one of these given how badly designed the original charger was. Nonetheless, I am glad to finally have a charger that fits my cat's tracker well and doesn't detach at the slightest movement. The cable is still too short, but it's more flexible than the original. I hope it lasts well.

If you have a dog they from time to time just runs in a direction, this is a really good item. I have the app on my phone, it is so EZ to track my dog.

One of these came with my new Tractive Device. I'd watched the videos of the Tractive Devices and it seemed that these would make it way easier to charge the device so I am glad they included one with my initial purchase. Just snap your Tractive Device in, put the charging cable in (I use a longer one I already had and it is fine) and the light turns red to show charging. It turns green when it is 100%. This little plastic thing really does make the job easy. Love it.

Been using this for a few years now. If you have a dog that wanders off, get it, and get the two year or more coverage. I have had to track my dog a few times because he is an escape artist, and does husky things. ...like wandering and forgetting where home is after escaping... Anyway, worth it. Worth every dollar for the plan to go with it.

This charger is so far superior to the one that came with the tracker, I can't believe it took me so long to discover that there is an alternative. If you have the Tractive Dog 4/LTE, this is the charger you need. I bought two so I could leave one in our RV (the dogs are why we even need an RV), and one in the kitchen where we sit with coffee in the morning and notice on our phones that the tracker needs a charge. The tracker clips in securely, and it's not possible to put it in wrong, by the way. Any regular USB-C will fit into the charging port. I really like this upgrade!

This item is a charger for the tractive device. And it makes a world of difference. When I charged the device using the standard magnetic charger the battery life was rubbish. Barely charged. With this addition you can charge using a small charging cable which most phones use. Now the device charges properly, it is easy to use, simply click on and off. It's good value for money. Decent size. As it is a charger, it is not recommended for use near water
