This stuff tastes absolutely vile. BUT it is probably THE MOST effective and *helpful* mouthwash I have ever used. Since the pandemic and lockdown and all the restrictions (lack of dental help/availability in person) - I needed to take measures into my own hands as best I could. With additional flossing (floss harps helped and regular waxed floss with mint) - GOOD brushing with Colgate sensifoam/sensitive toothpaste and THIS mouthwash.. I managed to avoid a potentially lethal dental explosion in one of my bottom molars.I still use this mouth wash a few times a week. Just makes me feel better AND I haven't had ANY issues since I started using this (it's been months!) I will keep buying it! (there are other flavours, this was the easiest lol) GOOD rinse, bit pricy! But worth it imo. It MAY or may not resolve issues, give it 2 days (be religious and committed before making any decisions!)

Seems fine, cheaper than in some supermarkets. Helped a little with bleeding gums but taste is quite strong, and you can’t always rinse as long as you’d like/think. Having now discovered it, I tend to prefer Oraldene but also use Corsodyl toothpaste.

Good for people looking for non-alcoholic mouthwash.
