Q: can you paint over this caulk?

I found it worked perfectly to prep small wall cracks prior to painting. Quick drying time. Also - just a thin smear along the edge of masking tape (baseboards) made for nice sharp sharp lines. Recommend!!

Q: Can this be used to seal the edge of a linoleum floor?

I don’t think caulk is for sealing. Search for a sealant instead

Q: can you use this for outdoor porch lights

It does say for exterior use. So I would guess the answer would be yes.
