I still haven’t finished to be honest, but it felt necessary to leave a review. Maybe there’s a sister out there that has been questioning, “Why journal? I have my thoughts and prayers”, which is true MashAllah. But seeing my thoughts written out on paper makes me realize they are real, only then can I begin to understand the depth of this test in this dunya and how to interpret the lessons to be learned. Truly, this journal has aided in rehabilitating my mind into accepting myself, all of me - flaws and all. I can see clearly on paper where I can grow and also what I need to thank Allah SWT for with deeper conviction. Alhamdulillah for this enriching and unforgettable book. <3

I was recommended this after reading "The Muslim Woman's Manifesto" (amazing!). I love that each chapter introduces the area of life that we'll focus on, and then gives a dua that I can use in my prayers, with the meaning and the transliteration. The highlight for me is the journaling prompts—asking myself these questions has helped me put so much of my life into perspective. I literally love it!

In her book "The Muslim Woman's Journal" Kashmir Maryam guides the reader into establishing a good relationship with daily Journaling. Her prompts will not only get you into a daily routine but will also bring you closer to the Almighty. Journaling is self reflection and what better way to get a better understanding of self whilst at the same time being guided to becoming a better version of yourself. Ultimately all Muslims wish to be presented to Allah in a manner most pleasing to HIM. InshaaAllah.

Love it so far. Inspiring and uplifting. Really restores your faith and brings out your true emotions. But there is a stain on the front cover :( sad because it’s so soft and smooth. Love the over all design.
