I have just purchased a devology acti fryer and have washed the parts before using them and one of the try’s window has steamed up it looks like it has not been sealed properly can u help me with this

Live this machine. Very easy to use and looks good. The only problem I’ve found is that it doesn’t cook rice or fresh vegetables still have to use the conventional cooker for that. Browns the food and makes a brilliant toastie sandwich and I’ve even poached eggs in this. Having two drawers that cook individually and having the sync function is great. Can’t praise it enough and well worth the money.

Waited a while to review. Highly recommend. So very easy to use and clean. Cook book is full of great recipes.

I bought this to replace my hexagon air fryer, I am so glad that I did, I use this for virtually everything I cook now except for soup, if I could, I would, it looks great on the counter and the functions are so easy to use, the preset timings work a treat and I love the smart cook and match cook options, I will highly recommend this to everyone looking to purchase one of these.

Two things. I washed both the trays in a basin, a light wash. One of the trays has dried with condensation inside part of the tray, so I can’t see in and assume it’s not properly sealed. Secondly a piece from the corner of one of the racks is missing. I can’t use it as it’ll scratch the inside of the machine. I don’t want to return so how do I speak to someone to get this sorted?

Hi DEVOLOGY PEOPLE, Wow I have had many halogen type fryers over the years but this particular double oven air fryer is different , better & by far superior in every way to the halogen type ones. OK it works in a different way from the halogen ovens with 2 separate oven heating elements both of which can be set independently for both time & heat controls. Added to this you also get 10 different food type one button touch pads, which again can be set as you wish or just used on their auto settingsThere is also inner touch lighting over each of the oven sides to view the cooking progress .Your Motto of"Have Fun" on the menu booklet is very appropriate as in my opinion this fryer is a wonderful addition to any kitchen so buy with confidence & have fun along the way, all the best Roger.
