I bought this in Aug 2023 and here we are nearly at the 2 year mark.My ONLY COMPLAINT IS when the summer heat is up. I'm emptying it 2-3 times a day. Since it only holds Like 0.5 gallonWe are a swamp cooler house because it works so well!!! but that means more moisture in the home air too.bBefore we had this our couch arm would get slightly moist (sorry not sorry 😂) and this thing pulls hard enough it DOES NOT get wet now. Beautiful performance. It is has basically been on since we got it almost 2 years ago.HIGHLY recommended.Unless there is a bigger tank option because I need that 😂Other item is an air purifier 😂 but YESSS to this dehumidifier

It works great. I only wish I would have gotten a larger unit. I have used this dehumidifier nearly daily in our home for over a year. We live in an older home in a hot and humid climate. I empty it about twice per day during the summer and spring. Our floors go from damp and tacky to bone dry in just hours. The filter is easy to clean. The reservoir can get buildup, so removing it to scrub it regularly keeps that at bay.

Our package came in yesterday. Well taken care of during the shipping process. Amazon has amazing delivery drivers. (Big thank you for their hardwork and dedication.) We let the dehumidifier sit for the recommended 24 hours to settle. Set up for operation was easy to use. After an hour we checked the water bin, good amount had started to accumulated. Very impressive for only having it running for about the hour. So far very wonderful product with impressive results.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The tank is a bit small, but after emptying a few times it will take the moisture out and you will have less work. Well worth the money.

It couldn't handle a 650 sq ft (60 m2) small cabin, let alone the advertised 2500 sq ft it's advertised for.I let it rest upright and unplugged since I received it in April 3rd afternoon (paying 40 bucks for shipping) until April 5th morning, so well over the suggested 24 hours. Yet, in more than 5 days of constant running at full speed and the drain hose running to a drainage pipe lowe than the unit, it's never managed to lower humidity below 58%.I'm not gonna blame it on the unit being made in China because I have some really good quality appliances from there that work flawlessly as advertised, some times even better. It must be that something's wrong with this particular unit. I've contacted the manufacturer support and hope they can provide a solution soon, otherwise I will have to buy a different brand and return this one.

The auto drain doesn't work sometimes. Not sure why it fills up when the drain hose is connected. Using it in a 250sq ft finished basement and it needs to run almost constantly in the warmer months.
