The product is very good and water quality after filter is great. Great technicians who come to install, very polite and knowledgeable. I have purchased it again for my family after I purchased it for myself in another city. Very reasonable priced and great quality of machine. Compact in size and can be installed in a little space also. The support provided during installation and delivery was great. They call you themselves and install it.

Product was delivered a day before scheduled date. Local installation person attended on time and installed in a jiffy. Quality of filters seems to be good one among them is transparent with granules tightly packed. Taste of water is as part with so called premium branded ones. If the company can improve the quality of plastic The main reason why I purchased this RO system is I have been using ROs of so called top brands from past 20 years, those companies charged heavily for the maintenance. Now even their service personnel are charging heavily and not giving proper service intact they are sabotaging the units by giving wrong pipe connections and substituting with non genuine spares. Insted of me repeatedly escalating the issue to customer care no action was taken. Hence I purchased Aquadpure system. The product worked very well for 5 months. Initially I gave 5 star rating. After 5 months I got problem with power adapter, as the company relies on third party service technicians. The service technician changed the power adapter for cost. Later again the motor and float switch failed. Now the customer care personal are telling to ship then the faulty parts and they will ship me the new/referbed one but I have to bear the shipping charges. In all this process we waste money and time. How can one live without drinking water? If we have to make alternative arrangements for drinking water, then why should we go for such kind of RO system. I strongly recommend no to buy this substandard product.

Not buy this product due to technically too much repairs this is the 4 th time for repair soo no to this product non rated product we are purchased this product last 3 months the purifier bill is 5000 but repair charges almost 4000 😞 this is the waste product from seen in Amazon

I damn sure, nobody can review this product better than me. September 19,2024 Amazon delivered this Aqua d pure Machine with replacement period of 10 days for 5000. And installation technician came on September 26, 2024. I paid 700 for installation, 550 for stand, 350 for cover. After usage of 8 days the machine repaired. I asked amazon they told replacement time overed. So I call the technician who installed it, he asked 400rs for visit, I told it was repaired on 8th day after installation, but he doesn't consider my point, he asked 400. I said okay. but he didn't come, whenever I asked he made an excuse, and wasting the time. atlast I lost my patience after 2 week, on October 17 I again reached amazon customer care , I explained my situation, they given the product company number, but that number was in a name of eureka Forbes. what brilliance by amazon and I lost hope at amazon at that point. Again I searched in google for Aqua d pure customer care number then I called them and explained my situation, they told we informed, technician will come for free visit. Again I waited for 4 days but nobody contact me, again on October 21 I asked customer care, this time they asked me to pay a amount for repair cost, I got tension and explained that it was worked only 8 days, I asked them for replacement, after that they told I will arange for free visit. After the Third day October 24 technician came and fixed a damaged accessorie, and asked 250 for accessorie and 400 as a Service charge. I explained the conversation of customer care service, but he blamed me, and told I was cheating him. at that time I called customer care and made a text in WhatsApp, but no body answered me. And paid 250 for accessorie but I refused to pay 400, he fought with me then he leaved my place. I used amzon since 2013, this was my first time I trapped like this scam. My kind advice please use any ekart for the price which u can take it easy while you lost it. I blame amazon ,because why did they allow the scammers like this to sell their product. Such a worst aqua d pure if you Skip this company product, definitely u live peacefully.
