Excellent flour, great Company.
Used for mainly bread, but enjoy making pizza, focaccia and plain and sweet rolls. Very successfully. Delay in writing a review as I like to really test the flour. Definitely buy again.

The only flour which causes my bread not to rise. Avoid!
My bread does not rise when using this flour. My bread does rise when using the much cheaper supermarket flour (at less than half the price). An absolute waste of money and I have around 5kg left - I will probably have to bin it.

I’ve been using this flour for my bread making for several years and it consistently produces great bread.
