Sturdy & thoughtfully designed. Even the sides where the stainless steel container fits into the wooden box is lined with padding. The silicone covered striking piece is held in place with allen head screws, providing stability yet permitting removal if necessary for cleaning. The wooden base is very sturdy with well machined joints. Even the company logo is subtly inscribed. Worth the price with ample space for coffee pucks. Cleaning is easy with removable insert.

This knock box does the job! I love that the bar is perfectly positioned so no coffee grounds fall out when knocking my portafilter against the bar. It's a lot quieter than I was expecting. The padding on the bar makes a huge difference! This knock box looks and feels high quality. After using it a few times, I can tell that this knock box is built to last. I also love that it's so simple and fast to clean. This knock box will go well with any kitchen. The color is beautiful. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a knock box.

My husband is a big espresso drinker and enjoys making his own drinks at home. He's even taught our kids how to use the espresso machine! We were tired of trying to knock the portafilter on the edge of the garbage can, grinds going everywhere (not to mention the grossness of knocking it on the garbage can!) so we ordered this knock box for our kitchen. It is beautiful, high quality and looks great on our kitchen counter! We love the natural wood and simple design. It's also very easy to use, doesn't move around when knocking the portafilter to empty the grounds, and is a breeze to clean. We love it!

This knock box is outstanding and complements my Rocket espresso machine well. It has performed reliably over the two years that I have owned it. Additionally, the wooden design is aesthetically pleasing and enhances the overall appearance of my kitchen.

This is a great find! I used for my small coffee business. I own a coffee trailer/truck! This worked for what I needed!

It's a knock box, it's going to take a beating. The cross bar feels solidly mounted. My wife is a former Starbucks manager, and she said it feels good and solid. The one complaint, see picture 1, is that when the wood was run through the planer, it looks like it got stuck and left some scars. While they aren't visible when the box is on the counter, see picture 2, the QA process can be improved. That's why it's a 4 star. However, it looks good on the counter.

Such a beautiful addition to my coffee bar. Love that it’s a small family business that put effort into their orders. Gorgeous just gorgeous!

The box looks great and the stainless steel insert is sturdy. There are nice bumpers on the bottom. The only problem is the bar is not removable without a screwdriver. Other makers put the bar into slots that keep it in place and make it easy to lift out to clean the box. This model will not be that convenient. Aside from that, the shipping was very fast and packaging was top notch.
