Take this product if you happen to enjoy a lot of soft drinks, coffee, concentrated fruit drinks, or alcoholic beverages. On occasion I do drink a lot of soda or fruit juice and these beverages have an adverse affect on our urinary system(bladder, kidney, ureters, urethra). The main component in this supplement is cranberry extract, which promotes urinary health. Other ingredients include goldenrod, birch leaf extract, and uva ursi. These are all herbs which support and cleanse the urinary system. I've been taking this for a couple months now and feel much more comfortable when I need to urinate. This supplement contains no harsh chemicals and is gentle on your system. In addition to taking this, I also try to maitain a healthier lifestyle by greatly reducing the amount of soda/coffee I consume and increasing the amount of whole grains/leafy greens in order to keep my urine pH balanced.

I have used Nature's Secret Urinary Flush for years. Anytime I start feeling like I might be getting a urinary tract infection or bladder infection, I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and in one day, my problem is gone. I continue for 3 days generally to be sure I'm clear. I recently began taking a particularly nasty medication that was affecting my urinary tract. I started taking Nature's and within a few hours, everything was fine. I have continued to take 2 in the morning and 1 at night for the past month and it has saved me from having a major problem that is common with the medication I'm on. Most people on this med retain fluid horribly. I am not because of Nature's. I just hope because I'm having to take it so regularly that it doesn't stop working for me! I've turned other friends onto this product as well and it's worked for everyone. So, even if you're not someone who believes in herbal remedies, this is one product that you must try! I love this stuff.

I used to use Cranberry cleanse and flush in high-school (same brand) but I think they discontinued that, that was my life support and I feel worked better. This works great too, I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night, sometimes if I feel like I need it I'll take it mid day too. But my UTI's have gotten worse in the last year and I'm only 22, so now I take D-Mannose which is seriously the only thing that prevents me from getting UTI's without having to be on antibiotics. I am extremely prone and if you're like me and need to take stuff everyday and can NEVER miss a dose you might want to give D-Mannose a try along with this product. I take both. I will pay $60 a month in UTI preventives any day than to have to go through the misery of constant UTI's. again.

I take this product twice a day with a lot of water. So far I haven't had a UTI and I am keeping my fingers crossed that this works. I am also drinking lots and lots of water and I feel that is key to this product working.
