The clock looks great coming out of the box. Once you get the hang of getting is synced to atomic time, it works great. BUT...I can't understand why an "illuminated atomic wall clock" does not have illuminated clock hands. When seeing the clock in a darkened room, you can see the Roman numbers clearly. You can't see the black clock hands unless you are very near the clock. It would also seem that there could be a farily simple fix for Bradford - offer a kit to replace the existing clock hands with lighted clock hands.So, if you plan on having the clock in a room that is always lighted and don't care about the illumination feature, it's a very nice clock. But if you are expecting the UTILITY of an illuminated clock, look elsewhere.
