I don't have many nor do I usually gravitate towards high waisted jeans but low rise aren't exactly for my body shape these days so that may be changing. If I were to base that upon these jeans I'd definitely be going for high waists. The fit and feel is amazing. It was odd for a minute but then not only did I see how they looked, but they're extremely comfortable so that odd feeling only lasted a minute. They're just different from other jeans. They aren't real thick and heavy but also not so sheer, light that any unwanted things will show thru. Although I credit that partly to their shape as well. They look like they'd be a good universal fit for multiple body types in so many ways. A little stretchy. Could accent a small figure or curves and could even tuck in more than curves. They have a perfect length where you can but don't have to fold the bottoms because either way they look fine. I prefer a darker color but that's because you can almost always see any unflattering pre-cellulite or anything with lighter colors, but you don't see any of that with these.They're a new staple in my closet and I look forward to getting more. They're a little pricy but no more than 5 or so brands that everyone including myself justify spending. And you can't beat the amazing fit and feel of these so that's worth a little extra cost to me, they've got a really good overall value and quality.

My 1st pair of Hudson jeans and I must say I'm very impressed, the way it hugged to my body is definitely a plus. There isn't any stretch to these so be mindful of sizing I'm a size 12 so I got waist 31. It's ankle cute with tapered ends gives it an unkempt look that works

These jeans are a perfect fit. The denim feels nice it's not at all rough or hard.
