The relax Massage chair zero gravity SL tracks shiatsu Is by far the best massage chair or should I say massage that I have ever received. Had always wanted to get a massage chair but for whatever reason never did and occasionally would put the dollar bills in the mall massage chairs of which all would agree not a good massage whatsoever, however from time to time would visit the stores that have the high end massage chairs but the cost was always quite high so when I finally decided to get a massage chair did some research and located the relax model and I'm so thankful that I did. Because not only has this been by far the best massage that I have received the cost is absolutely amazing when you consider all of the bells and whistles that come with this model, everyone that has been over of course wants to try the massage chair not only because of my rave reviews but who doesn't like a nice massage and without exception there hasn't been one person that has been disappointed in fact I have to Let them know that I have somewhere to be to be a meeting or have to pick somebody up or they wouldn't get out of the chair so in closing I can say again without a doubt great value great massage great look and if that wasn't enough david one of the representatives I had contacted him not only was he prompt but was able to give the advice on the hands free speaking to be able to navigate the massage chair and that's another bonus because one of my most dearest friends ALICE. So definitely if looking to purchase a quality, reliable and affordable definitely get the Relx Massage Zero Gravity SL- Track Shiatsu Chair, you won't be sorry that you did.

This is the third massage chair I’ve owned, and hands down—it’s the best one yet. The comfort level is just next-level. You sit down and it kind of just hugs your body in all the right ways. The deep tissue massage is legit—really gets in there without feeling like it’s beating you up. And the stretch mode? Wow. It gently pulls and stretches your back and legs, and afterward, you just feel loose and relaxed, like you just got off a yoga mat without doing any of the work.The balloons (I guess they’re technically airbags, but whatever) are way better than the ones in my last two chairs. They inflate and deflate with perfect pressure and timing, especially around the shoulders and legs. The foot massage, though—that thing is out of this world. It actually feels like someone’s working your feet by hand. I didn’t even know I had sore spots down there until this chair found them.Finally, there’s a voice control method, which is really helpful. The chair responds to voice commands, and it makes the experience more seamless. I highly recommend this massage chair!

After 6 months , the chair has held up mechanically . I used it probably twice a day for the first four months ,and am very pleased with all the functions and selections . The 8th mode being my favorite . It pretty much covers all the basics.The 4 star is because it could use more air bags and the ones it has could be stronger, more air pressure .The zero level is not as advertised . It is more of a 3/4 level , not like the pics on the site show.The voice command is non existent, and kept telling me "I am here". At which point I disabled it. Bluetooth works great and I dont crank up the speakers , so they work great .At the end of the day , I would buy it again . I priced and tried $5/7000 chairs , which I didnt want to spend that much. I got this one on sale under $2500, and has proven to be a good choice. seems very solid and is very heavy

Love this chair. It does everything that the more expensive massage chairs do for less money. It is very well built and also very heavy. In the beginning, we had a problem with the controls and contacted customer service. Let me tell you….there are not enough stars to rate customer service. When I called, the rep wanted to make sure that I was properly using the controls. He took the time to explain every button on the controller as well as every program. My problem was that sometimes the chair would not respond when a button was selected. We also had an issue with the chair randomly turning on by itself. David, the rep, stuck with me for a week as we tried different solutions. He even called me to ask if everything was working correctly. He finally sent me a new controller and problem solved. (Thank you David) With a 3 year warranty, you can’t go wrong. I totally recommend this chair.

I've had this RELX chair for two month and love it. I use it at least twice a day and it has helped relieve my lower back pain. There are several modes with an LED screen and voice control to make choices. Being older, having the option to have it assembled in my house was worthwhile. It is an excellent value. Wish I had it five years ago.
