Doesn't Completely Eliminate Pain, But Does Seem To Help
I've had pain in my left heel for a while. I'm 6 feet, 260 pounds, which probably doesn't help. These inserts fit under the factory insole, and I am happy to say it does seem to help. The level of pain reduction varies and is hard to gauge, but I would say at least 50% less pain, on average.I was expecting some sort of soft pad, was surprised to find the inserts are hard plastic. I'm not sure exactly how they work, maybe by distributing the load of body weight, but they definitely help and I'm happy to recommend them.

They get the job done!
I work 12 hour shifts on my feet. A year ago I had to get a cortisone shot min my heel it got so bad for months! I have had no problems since then. A week ago I started noticing some of the same symptoms coming back. I ordered these insoles plus a sleep boot to try to nip it in the bud before it gets bad again! Iβve worn these inserts two days and although the pain isnβt completely gone it has helped TREMENDOUSLY! I definitely recommend these! They are so much better than every insole Iβve tried at the stores and go right under the insole that comes with your shoes!

Sent opened/returned item
I ordered a set of these for me and a set for my husband. For my pair, the left insert actually feels great but the right doesn't hit where it's supposed to and started causing pain within minutes of putting it in my shoe. I can't dock stars for them not meeting the needs of both my feet when one has a more serious arch issue than the other, however...I can definitely dock stars for the company sending my husband's inserts opened, scuffed on the bottom, returned, and dirty. I understand not wanting to waste returned products, but there needs to some sort quality control to make sure the returned item is clean and in like new condition before selling it to another customer and it should be marked as used and discounted, not sold as new.

Overload Heel Pain Syndrome & Plantar fasciitis
I originally bught these for my plantar fasciitis. That subsided a couple of weeks after these arrived but I have a fairly high arch and these increased that. Consequently these orthotics helped my heel pain syndrome more because in lifting my arch a bit they also keep my heel from hitting the ground. I'm a runner and a midstriker so this is very encouraging. When I bought them who knew that they would help both conditions.

Helpful for plantar pain
I liked that they didn't take up much room in my shoes. Good support when you need it. Lightweight but sturdy. These go under the insole of your shoes not on top.

Oh what a relief it is!
Never had problems until 9 months ago. Got it when buddies decided to start walking. Was fine at first. Then my old awesome shoes needed replacement and I chose sketchers that felt okay but had no arch support. We did 2 extra long walks of 6 miles and then 8. That's when pf kicked in. Podiatrist said I have fallen arches and scars along the plantar fascia. He gave me inserts that helped a little but not enough.I looked at these silly purple plastic things and was pretty skeptical. I had a pair of Champs I purchased years ago but they were 1/2 size to big so I forgot about them. After all the walking my feet got bigger so now these guys are the right size...cool. I pulled out the insoles and what do you know? They had a postit kind of glue on the bottom of them. Sticky but only enough to keep it tight in the shoe. I put the ninjas on and they stuck perfectly to the bottom of the insoles.Put my feet in the shoes and they felt fantastic. But not fantastic enough to go for long walks yet. I hope that pf condition keeps improving. Those velcro stickers that came with the short. I'd forget about them. I would experiment with gluing the ninjas to the bottom of the inserts with rubber cement or other flexible glue. Rubber cement is good cuz if you don't like it you're not stuck with it like if you used a silicone glue...pun intended.I like that the insert is independent of the ninjas. That allows you to try different inserts and use the ninja part for a different experience. Haven't tried it yet but considering it.I wouldn't mind a little more arch support. Not sure I'd like that or not but I think I would.I've had these for about 3 weeks and use them every day and I really like them.I wear a men's 8.5 US, regular width and bought the 8s for a great fit.Last thing that maybe of help. My Podiatrist recommendHoka One shoes because they're stiff and sort of roll as you walk instead of bending. This prevents the pf muscle from getting pulled tight with every step. He said for this reason, running shoes that are designed to bend are bad for everyday use, at least for my scarred pf muscles. I decided to stick with the Champs because they're fairly stiff and I already had them. Hoka Ones are pricey.

As expected
After recent development of plantar fasciitis, I've been looking for quality insoles that are easy to use. These haven't been the best insoles I've had but they do the job. The tough plastic is definitely better for going underneath proprietary soles, but be aware that not all shoes/boots have liftable soles so they won't work for every pair. Not the best I've used for running or working out, but definitely good for just walking or standing.

omg!!! πππ
ive bought so so many supports for my feet its hard to get the right combo for my back feet and leg pain.i stand on my feet for 44 hours a week...π₯΄and ive paid 500.00 for orthotics that didnt help much.these are great looking at them i thought awww no these wont work.but they do!!!!it turns out i needed a firm support to take away heel pain not cushion like they say.and thin enough it helps to fit in more shoes than my thick orthotics.awesome.πππππππππππ

Nice and thin
Samurai Insoles Ninjas Arch Support Shoe InsertsThese are exactly what they look like in the pictures; hard, thin, formed plastic. To me, those are all good things. Remember, these are to be inserted underneath already existing insoles, so their role isn't to be cushy. Because they are hard, they don't collapse and lose all of their supporting power as I've found to be the case with so many other insoles. The arch support is medium height which is good for most people, I think. I personally like very pronounced/high arch support but it's rare to find in any brand of insole or shoe. I love that they are thin! Putting any sort of insert into a shoe that is already sized nicely for one's foot will inevitably cause sizing issues. Because these don't take up a lot of space, my feet still fit in my shoes with them in. I wear them in my Bogs which are comfy shoes but to me could use a bit more arch support.

Got to try these!!!!
I have suffered for so long with pain in both feet. Finally went to get x rays and found out both feet have bone spurs...arthritis and bunion. The doctor that looked at my x rays recommend me to try these first before the really expensive inserts . Man oh man what a difference. I will say they took away 70 % of my pain away. Well worth the money and plan on ordering another pair for wearing around the house. Thank you
