Can’t maintain a connection with my external ssd

Easy To Hook Up Wrong
These are super handy when you need a close connection where a straight connection just isn’t feasible or desirable. It can be used on the power side or the feed side if you’re charging a phone or other device. Same for if it’s communicating data – either end. However, if the cable has an E-Marker chip, then this connector will not pass that through if it is hooked up wrong.You may have to either rotate the angled connector 180°, or rotate the cable 180° in the angled connector. This connector, by itself, does NOT have an E-marker chip, but it allows it to pass through if hooked up properly. One way works, the other does not. So, if you’re not getting the right data throughput, try rotating the cord plugged into your angled connector.The connector handles pass through current fine. I was testing a USB-C cable at 3 amps and 15 watts. The connector handled the same power settings as just the cable. Shouldn’t be a problem at higher wattages. I just didn’t have a more powerful charger handy.The construction of the angled connector is top notch and they use quality materials. I like the color, too.Amazon Vine sent this product to me for an honest unbiased review. Would I recommend it? Yes, just be aware, it won’t work properly if you are 180° out of sync. That is the danger with some USB-C cables and connectors.

Four pack compact, USB, type C, right angle adapters.
For me these right angle type C connectors are a great design that allows access to my type C devices away from straight on connections and allows me an easy path to my right angle connection. Made of aluminum alloy steel these adapters are durable, will last the test of time and the 90° angle gives me easy access to most devices on a compact level and the right angle connection is great for hard to reach areas. Overall great product.

Nice angle adjuster
The original purpose I ordered these for didn’t pan out due to an error on my part and not a fault of the product. I was able to put these to use with my husband’s MacBook. They work as described and so far, haven’t run into any issues.
