Quickly fixed a dead freezer. My 7 cu foot was DOA. It was made in 2002, so parts were not available. This product came up all over the Internet. The price was shockingly low, so it was a "Go." It took about 30 minutes to figure out the wiring and install. On first power up, the compressor kicked in and cooling started in seconds. The freezer was quietly humming and has been consistent for weeks now.

Revived my 7 cubic foot Danby chest frrezer that had a burned out relay. Super easy to install - kept one more appliance out of landfill, and saved me hundreds of dollars!

I had a mini fridge that wasn’t starting. Would just trip the overload on the fridge. Measured the ohms on the compressor and it was not shorted. You can search online how to do this. Shows as weak though. Hooked this thing up and it’s running again. Not sure how long it will last but I know the compressor is weak.

To clarify, these are designed for diagnostic use. The 3-in-1 devices offer an affordable way to identify whether your overload protector, capacitor, or start relay has failed. They are not meant for long-term operation, as doing so can reduce your compressor’s lifespan. It worked well for my needs and is useful to keep on hand as a temporary backup in case of a component failure.
