this is a nice simple book for kids under six or for anyone in second year of learning Mandarin. it is a little early for my kid who is learning Mandarin first year. However, it was not too difficult for him with the new words.

Love the translations and illustrations. My daughter thought the facial expressions were so cute and funny.

My 7yo is a 2nd generation Chinese American. She speaks Chinese with her dad and nainai. This is the only book in Chinese she can read. In English she is reading at the 5th grade level. She cried because she couldn’t read any other kindle books in Mandarin. Right now she’s reading all 243 books by V Mousa about Sammy Bird and Turkey. Please write more Little Bun books in bilingual English and simplified Chinese.Vee loves Little Bun
