Face to Face with Eva Fraser

Easy to follow step by step. Bought both the DVD and the book. Since I'm supposed to do these in front of a mirror (and don't have one at my PC), having purchased the book is a helpful. The illustrations are good, but watching the DVD multiple times is what I needed.

I have old book and old video for Eva but this was more up-to-date. It covered one section for teaching and one section for the routine. So much better than the video as you can get to where you need to be quickly and easily.

I have been away not sure where this is is it at the post office or with neighbour or had it been returned many thanks.

Only had this video a month so only on the basic exercises, but going to stick with it and see what or if anything happens

Interesting DVD but too expensive for what it was.

A good book well written, the rest is up to me!

Face feels firmer

Simply a fantastic and COMPLETE facial exercise programme. This lady is AMAZING looking! Ms Fraser's one to one instructions are highly recommended. People are totally baffled when I tell them about my age: 58 years' young! And it has been over a year that I have been following Ms Fraser's teachings. THANK YOU Eva......your pioneering legacy will live on!
