This product has totally 💯 impressed me with how fast it actually cured my goldfish! She looked close to dying and was covered in ICH ( otherwise known as White Spot) Within one day of the medication it had started to work and my fish was starting to recover. Now after full treatment she is back to her good old self again and swimming happily around the tank. Very impressed with API and totally recommend it.

Really good product just spoilt by the fact that the delivery driver left on my doorstep in full view when I was at home waiting for it to be delivered. When I spoke to Amazon they advised that they would have to add delivery instructions so the driver knew they had to knock on the door when they delivered!!!!- unbelievable!

I was strangely impressed that this magically worked in just 5 days and without a single fish lost. It's always been advised that you should turn up the tank temperature to speed up the life cycle of ich, so that it releases off of the fish and gets exposed to the treated water but i kept my tank temp at 23.5°c and it still worked in just the 2x 48hr doses recommended. I have heavily planted tanks and all the plants survived and were not effected, and despite it being a strong blue colour in the bottle it didn't actually dye the water too much either so all my mopani and driftwoods remained unstained. I was sceptical and expected about 20 days worth of white spot problems on fish but to have two tanks of conpletely healthy fish so quickly has left me very impressed by API. If you are wondering what brand treatment to buy, definately choose this. There are cheaper but i bet they don't work as quick as this!

I had my first ever outbreak fortunately in my quarantine tank. This dealt with it quite effectively and my fish/quarantine tank have been fine since.

Made the purchase as I had a fish suffering from, what I thought could be white spot, but looking subsequently, think its not related to such an issue. However, the purchase was good value, arrived super quick and well packaged. One thing to note, which I hadn't realised was necessary, was its not as straight forward as adding to the aquarium. There are concerns with any filter system used, any rockery which can stain, as can the glass to the tank. Also it cannot be added with some species in, one being shrimps, I have two and amazingly, they are at least 8 years old, so not going to cause them any consequences. What I have done isslightly shorter in time for water changes and added slightly more Stress Coat, by the same manufacturer and the individual fish has shown signs of improvement.
