Delivery came super fast. Set up was easy breezy, no tools needed. Very sturdy and high for kitties. Loved it! The added plastic leaf to the top is cute. Love love love it. They immediately started inspecting it right away.

This was easy to put together. It is sturdy and my cat loves it. It is a good item for the price

I have two cats that use this (10 and 8 lbs), and it’s held up pretty good after a few months of use. The size is good for smaller cats, and they seem to enjoy it! The hanging ball did fall off after about two months, and the leaves can come out after a few roughhousing sessions, but they’re easy to put back in. Also easy to put together.

It was easy to flow directions and quickly put together. It has been a few months now since I bought it and it is holding up great!

I was looking for something that was sturdy and enticing for my 2 cats. They love laying on the top 2 levels and looking down. They definitely use it for scratching as opposed to my furniture, thank goodness! Putting it together wasn't too much of a challenge. The directions were very skimpy, but if you lay out all the parts and pieces and refer back to the picture, it's not hard. Took about 20-30 minutes. Probably would have gone faster if the cats hadn't tried to help, lol!

The product is what it says it is but is absolutely too small for even an average size cat. I removed the top post that had the leaves on it and my cat still couldn't lay down. The hammock would barely fit one kitten. This would only be good for kittens or animals up to 5 or 6 pounds. I can't seem to find a cat tree that has big enough platforms. Not recommended.

My cat loves this! I used the video to help assemble and that made sense. The paper instructions not so much. My cat loves it!

I'm just "meh" about this product but I certainly wasn't going to take it apart and send it back once I finally got it put (mostly) together. It's probably better in the long run just to purchase one from the pet store -- just IMHO.
