Same internals and will work, but an automotive Locksmith with updated programming software will have to do the installation. Dealer CAN'T/WONT be able to program this fob. After calling local Locksmiths & being quoted $350-$500 for a new OEM keyfob & programming, I decided to order this unit & foran additional $100 for a mobile Locksmith, was able to remedy my broken keyfob issue, for around $170.
