Super disappointing. Satisfyer loyalist, and this was a waste of money. No suction, buttons do not make sense and do not work as described. Let charge overnight to see if it was a low charge issue, no change at all. The interchangeable heads are nice, but my prior gen is way better. Can't return, so stuck with this waste. Should have read the reviews first.

This thing is garbage. No suction function. This thing has not worked right outta the box. The app doesn’t work either. Paid 60 bucks for it and can’t return it nor use it. DO NOT BUY THIS!—UPDATED!! The seller reached out. They sent a replacement and the replacement works well except for the APP (make sure you buy the Gen 3 that has app control in the listing or the app will not work). It was quite fun re-testing the product with my wife and having it be so fun and exciting. Excellent customer service and great product when you have one that works.

Do not get! This is absolutely the worse. The original satisfyer pro was my go to favorite was devastated when it finally stopped working. This thing. It’s trash. No suction. The vibration is horrible. It does absolutely nothing for you. Do not recommend do not get.

Defective Received it, did a full charge as soon as it was delivered. There is no suction, have previous models and have given as gifts. This one is a total fail. Total waste of money since there is no refund even if it’s a defective product.

This device is sleek and attractive to look at , but is a waste of money. There is no suction as advertised and the vibration sensation is nonexistent. Find something else. Can’t imagine why Wirecutter recommended it.

I have the older model which is ah mazing. This one does nothing but make noise in a bunch of different settings. But then I researched and discovered that this one is very different. It is both a vibrator and an air suction toy and has two different power buttons. The regular button is only for vibration. The other buttons which used to be for intensity have other functions as well. I had to really try all the buttons to figure it out. It is confusing but is superior in function and far better. I wish it had a better instructions Manual.

Thankfully AMAZON customer service was able to help me. Satisfyer brand not so much. Very disappointing that this was sold directly from the manufacturers Amazon store front. There is no suction at all and it does not work. I should’ve read the reviews. I’m not sure what’s going on here but it looks like all the devices they are selling here are defective and they are hoping to take advantage of people who won’t go looking for a refund. Also Amazon is taking a hit by delivering these devices and having their customer service take the time to deal with complaints. Should be kicked off Amazon.

Not as good as the previous version, disappointing for the price

The prior products in this line have not required an app to be functional. This model however requires you to set up the app via Bluetooth to change the level of the air pulse. I would not have purchased the product had I known this. It doesn't help that the device won't connect to Bluetooth for the app to work. I am very unsatisfied with the product. Buyers beware.

Cuando lo usé la primera me decepcionó demasiado, pensé que no funcionaba, y leí los mil comentarios de este producto, pensé que realmente me había equivocado. Pero no!!! Sólo hay que saber usarlo, las instrucciones no son claras, cómo dice un comentario en inglés, para activar la succión se presionan los dos botones de subir y bajar, con el de abajo se controlan los niveles, con el de apagado la vibración. Es sin duda increíble, por supuesto que vale la pena, mucho mejor q su anterior versión por mil

The reviews and overall rating made me hesitant to get this, but I'm happy to report that it works. Very well! Absolutely no complaints!
