What a simple and great idea! I mostly use the journal to record my options trades and centralize thoughts on things to do. This definitely beats a notebook!

Well thought out. I like to suggest not having ruler lines at the top or bottom half of the TRADING NOTES page so that chart pattern can be drawn there. Also adding header TRADING LOG to second page and Date:____ to each page will be very helpful.
