Aveeno Ultra-Calming Nourishing Night Cream, Fragrance Free, 1.7 Ounce

I've been struggling with my dry/sensitive skin for years - I've used so many sensitive moisterisers that haven't cut it, with them always stinging my face (I've tried handmade ones, affordable bestsellers, etc). I'm currently a student so I've been using Simple rich moisteriser which is meant to be for sensitve skin but my skin has started to react to that as well recently so I thought I'd spurlge a bit and try this product out and it's been worth every penny.It really soothed my skin without feeling heavy/sticky after application, a tiny bit of product goes a really long way as well - it doesn't absorb into the skin too quick so you have time to even out the product across your face; but it still sits nicely on your skin. It's also brought the redness on my cheeks down, I don't have to feel self conscious about my skin anymore; went out without foundation for the first time in forever :)For someone whos skin literally throws a tantrum every time i put/use more than two products on my face within 5 minutes, this cream has been amazing and I've not even had it that long. Definitely buying again.

This is a lovely, thick, rich cream but it sinks in to the skin nicely and doesn't leave your face feeling greasy. No added fragrance which is so great for sensitive skin and natural smell is mild and not unpleasant. I usually get some eczema and contact dermatitis in the warmer months so will be interested to see how this performs against that. I have high hopes and will most likely be purchasing again.

Feels nice on the skin. Doesn't irritate and keeps my skin looking calm not irritated.

I started using this when my skin got sensitive and spotty during pregnancy and it is amazing at settling the skin.

I have incredibly sensitive skin due to atopic dermatitis and most products give me a rash. Most moisturisers that don’t cause flare ups are either not moisturising enough or give me blackheads. This has been perfect! I use it every night and it visibly reduces my rash even after a day of wearing a mask! So happy!

Had to return because I couldn’t use this cream because I am allergic to some of the ingredients. No problem with return at all

Disappointly small for the expensive price tag! I have used nightly and not notice any difference in redness or smoothness. I am finding it difficult to find something for my dry skin and hoped it would've been worth the money

I love this for when my skin gets dry and red in winter. I have eczeme and dry skin and find that Aveeno works best. This cream is non greasy, absorbed fast and leaves parched skin feeling nice and soft. It takes away all the tightness especially after a hot shower.

The first time that I receive a product without the obvious signs that it is new. There was no seal on the jar, the paper box of the cream was not wrapped in cellophane. I will return it without even trying it.

Recently I overdid it and used several anti-aging products at the same time. They dried out my skin, and caused me to have redness and flaking. It was actually so uncomfortable that it hurt to even wash my face.I used this night cream and literally the next morning my skin was less red and irritated. After using it a second time, I woke up and the redness had almost vanished completely. This cream also made my face super-soft. The cream itself is not heavy, it's more like a whipped consistency. There is just a slight scent and it's pleasant, and it aborbs quickly into my skin.I love this product, and I now have a new favorite overnight moisturizer. Even if you don't have redness on your skin, this is a great moisturizer to give your skin a lot of hydration.

I dont know why, but this cream burns like crazy on my face. Within 2 days my face turned red like fire. I throwed it away

I first encountered Aveeno's "ultra-calming" line with  Aveeno Ultra-Calming Foaming Cleanser For Sensitive Skin, 6 Fl. Oz , and I've been dying to try the night cream. This is such great stuff, I'm not sure why I can't seem to find it in stores near me! I really feel as though it helps soothe my face overnight - though it doesn't entirely get rid of the redness over consecutive uses, hence 4 stars. It has trace amounts of an oat-y sort of fragrance - you almost can't tell it has a scent. My skin drinks it right up, and I've yet to experience any sort of breakout in acne-prone areas. Leaves a bit of a tacky finish, but that's night cream for you!Great product overall, I will keep it in my night-time rotation from now on. I am a long time Aveeno product user, but this new Ultra-Calming night cream was an unpleasant surprise. By the second night, my eyelids were burning! In reading the contents, there appears to be a lot of man-made chemicals & various versions of alcohol. This product is stated to be good for "sensitive dry skin"; not so good for me.
