Self-Heating Lower Back Support Belt for Women and Men, Lumbar Support Pain Relief Back Brace

I really like this lower back support as it is very lightweight. (100G) 140cm in length. It feels very comfortable wearing. The velcro fastening is easy to use & fits most sizes. There is an extra velcro strap on each side to further secure. I use it when gardening just that little support & reminder not to over do it! The self heating feature is fabulous as it really soothes the back. If you require a robust support ..this one is probably not for you. The quality feels OK...but time will tell in its longevity.. I will update. Made from breathable materials Good value at amazing price of £6.79. I can reccommend . I had exactly the same style which lasted 3 years..I hope this lasts as long..although my previous back support was a bit thicker & heavier. Hopefully weight & thickness won't affect durability.

The belt is adjustable the Velcro can be adjusted to go larger or smaller, and the belt heats up whilst against your skin. Yes this certainly does work and it does get very hot against your skin, the more you physically work out. I can’t say it it helps you loose weight though, I only wanted it to support my back during a training session.

Not a Bad belt but could offer more support

I was initially skeptical about whether this would work given its price, but I was pleasantly surprised. It works just as well as any of the patches you can buy for the same purpose. I experienced instant relief and found it very comfortable to wear.

Use this when gardening after spinal surgery. Really does do the job, and such good value for money.

Knew for the price that this might not be great but am surprised used it for first time today and even though it is thin compared to some other supports i've used this one supports quite well and is comfortable for sitting in which is a bonus
