I've always been a fan of Japanese scissors and knives, and these certainly don't disappoint. As someone else mentioned, the serrated blades help to grip hairs to ensure greater accuracy.

Had these a couple of years now and are excellent & still sharp. Just be careful as the end of the scissors are pointed & extremely sharp.

I bought some Seki nail trimmers a while ago and they are so great I took all of the other various brands I has and threw them away because there's no comparison. I had no doubt their scissors would be just as high quality and I wasn't disappointed, these are razor sharp and have a fine tip which is great for reaching small hairs. The blade has no flex and a smooth scissor action. The brand is pricey but it's something you can buy once and move on in life instead of always wishing you had something better.

Fits in the hand very well, very sharp, a quality tool. Compared to the low quality scissors sold in my local stores at about the same price, this is superior, the steel is very hard, hairs stick into the little ridges after cutting per the design. very well thought out.
