Wasted money
This product doesn’t do nothing, oh no yes it does my son was crying because it hurts his ear. I bought it because it has 5 stars and I don’t know who dare to give 5 stars. Not even one star deserves, I gave it one because I didn’t have choice since is the only way to write the review.

It was kind of flimsy actually. I guess you get what you pay for. Lower price. But you sacrifice quality. I I could do it over again……I would not purchase this item again.L.

Gentle on ear and gets the job done
Most of all it gets the ear wax out safely and is gentle to your ear… silicone tips are disposable, but I just clean them off and put them in isopropyl alcohol for a while, rinse them off with water, let them dry on a paper towel and reuse them…but that’s just me…I also tested how well it did by using a Q-tip in my ear afterwards ( not supposed to do that cause Q-tips push wax into the ear. ) but the Q-tip comes out clean as expected cause the Q Grips Earwax remover removed the wax…confirmed with the clean Q- tip…

Shipped inferior product called not the "Q-Grip" but a "Find Back"
•I was shipped an inferior product by the seller.•if the real product exists I would hope it is better. Very displeased•do not recommend!Not a high quality product I wish amazon would sell a version by a reputable manufacturer and seller.•The tips are too soft and effectively act exactly like a q-tip but without the absorptive properties. Just pushes the wax in. If the plastic were firmer it might work.•the tips fall out of the case•there are no instructions•there is an overall cheap feeling to the whole product.

too soft
Item is too soft and flexible and does not work. I had a stiffer one of these in the past made of foam that was great. Don;t waste your money!

I guess I didn't need it.
My ear canals must be super clean. I know they are, I don't let the wax build, I clean them, at least once daily with a qtip. I figured this product would get the leftovers, but, apparently there are none.
