This item says plug and play and it is not. I had to get a professional to install it for me and even so he struggled a bit. He did get in contact with them and manage to make it work, they did response fast. There’s a few things I didn’t like about this product like how the rear camera downgraded on quality and also how the original radio screen looked but other than that everything’s been working fine. There’s almost no delay on touchscreen thankfully and screen quality looks great. I love the tablet features it has, you can install Netflix, Prime, and even Spotify without a problem. I love how when I turn on the truck it automatically connects and turns my Apple CarPlay on. I don’t have to do a thing. Other than those issues (might be because the screen came defective) I give it a 3.5/5. Love this new lookEdit: I was able to fix the bad image quality by going to the Factory Setting (Code: 7890). Everything looks perfect now, 5/5 stars

Don’t waste your time, unit is very unstable and randomly works when it wants. Bluetooth connection to phone is horrible and barely works. Screen randomly turns black and I spent more time restarting it than it actually works. Sound quality is good when it decides to work, also the air conditioner randomly cuts off on its own now since Installing this radio.

On my 2019 Silverado, it had to be easiest radio I've ever installed... instructions are a little vague but if have a little sense about you it's pretty straight forward.....with that being said , I did have some programming issues....this company was on the phone with me until midnight getting it straightened out and stuck with me until it was solved and got everything working correctly....I can't say enough good things about their tech support....we used Whatsapp to communicate and it was almost like they were there in the truck doing it all for me....they were super nice and did not blow me off like anyone else would do .

What a great product. Plug and play easy installation and looks factory definitely recommend to anyone wanting an upgraded radio. Fast delivery and the seller is great at communicating even made sure I was getting the correct radio for my truck before selling me one that wouldn’t work will definitely buy from them again.

Bluetooth not hooking up.No sound

I had an issue with no sound, sent an email and got a responce asking for detailed photos of how I had everything plugged in.They immediately noticed I removed the cd player module out of the truck, it was needed for everything to work.Extremely fast on the email back.Quick to figure the problem out.10/10, I love it.Have a few things to learn about the radio still, would highly reccomend!

So, I ordered this android stereo/tablet for my 2017 Chevy truck. Took a while to figure out the installation. Tablet comes with two papers on how to install. had to rely on YouTube videos to figure it out. setting it up was very difficult and time consuming. I had to email the manufacture multiple times to figure out issues. Then there the download updates you have to put into it, and they don't tell you that on the instructions. So again, had to email manufacture and they had to send me a download update. after two weeks of figuring, it out I still had issues with trying to tap on screen to go to another function. Tablet was manufactured in China and they have no tech support to speak to.
