I ordered 4 of these. 2 of the 4 were warped and built without a frame on the perimeter they the 2 good ones had. Hopefully the 2 that I need to replaceceill be constructed properly.

I bought two of these in 2023. I was quite happy with the quality. Came back to buy two more in October 2025, but the price suddenly jumped 50% in May (tariffs). Cannot justify the price/value now unfortunately.

Considering the price, these are an amazing value. Craftmanship is decent and I am extremely happy with how it looks. If you get close, you can see some areas of glue and some imperfection, but nothing that I think distracts from the overall look or performance. Because the glue is not meticulously removed from the surface of the product, I would not stain these. I think if you tried to stain them, you would see more of the glue and it wouldn't look good. I think it would be extremely tedious to try to remove all of the glue and you likely wouldn't see it until you go to stain. However, this color goes really well with a lot of color schemes. It would probably look good with some kind of clear finish. I'm not an expert at knowing how well they sound, but I do think it has improved the sound of my room by bringing some liveliness back into my room, yet the sound in my control room is still very controlled and accurate.

This works great for sound diffusion in my home studio on the wall opposite my monitors. But you have to figure out how to install. You definitely need a drill. There is no indication where to place the clips on the back but my suggestion is: close to the end so that you will not see screws coming through (as the end corner sections are all covered). Measure carefully and use a level. You'll need about an 1"" above (if you are close to the ceiling) as the unit needs to be raised up that much to slip in the wall clips. Good luck!

Arrived w stains that look like mildew. Doesn’t have hanger attached pr drill holes you’ll need a drill to attach them .otherwise nice just wish wasn’t stained

As advertised. This diffuser is nice looking from a few feet away. For this kind of money you’re not going to get fine finish cabinetry. It i is not bad, though. Regarding performance, it’s a bit shallow to work on the lower frequencies that I’d like to disperse, but for mid and upper frequencies, it’s just fine. I knew that before I bought it though so that is not a point against.
