It does have a slight garlic aftertaste but only for a short time. Best garlic product I have ever taken for my irregular heart beat. 50 percent improvement in less then 3 months. I take one capsule in the morning and another in the evening.

For some, the taste of garlic is gross and maybe even revolting, but I feel taking this is worth the pain / disgust, and here's why: I started feeling sick while I was at work (I have no seasonal allergies btw). Not to my stomach, but just thd general nasty feeling you get when you know you're coming down with something. I already take one per day, but when I noticed this I took 5-6 when I got home. The insert in the box said you can take up to 10 per day, so I think this was reasonable. I woke up the next morning and felt better. Just that general nasty feeling (more sensitive to it in the morning) that faded throughout the day. By the time I went to bed the next night it was totally gone and I was fine. Even more impressively, this happened twice. The second time included an painful bump (pimple looking thing) that formed in my throat / the roof of my mouth. I didn't take a higher dose of this until that pain started, as it began as just an annoying bump / blister that wasn't harming anything. Anyway, that night I megadosed this again, and it was pretty much gone the next day (by the end of the day). In conclusion, I'd strongly recommend these to anyone for the flu season / in general. They don't have any downsides worth speaking of. They can't hurt you (unless you're allergic of course) if you follow the instructions, so I'd say it's a great precaution even if you got your vaccines and have good hygiene. Oh, and they don't come in a bottle, rather, they come in blister packs and individually sealed. I like this as it keeps them fresh and controls the humidity.
