These caddies installed very easily into our IBM x3650 M2. However, IBM does not use conventional Philips screws for the caddy, but rather security screws. You will need to invest a special tool kit, but in our case we just used our thumbs to twist them in. Great quality caddies that don't burn a hole in your wallet! I would recommend these to someone who needs new caddies for their machine(s).

The sled is fine but if you don't have the low profile sink screws and try and use a standard hard drive screw they won't fit
