Roaman'sWomen's Plus Size Fleece Jacket

I was looking for a coat that I could wear to Christmas parties and church. The current wool coat that I have is very expensive and too small for me right now so I wanted to find something else that didn't cost a lot. So when I saw this coat I thought I would give it a try and these are my observations:1. I want to thank the prior reviewers who all stated that the coat ran big and that you should order a smaller size, which I did. I wear a 2X and ordered a 1X which fits me just fine. I looked over the size chart and that really helped too. The coat fits a little loose, which I like, but I can also wear a sweater underneath it comfortably. Also, the coat falls just above the knee and it is wider at the bottom like they stated.2. I ordered the coat in black and it is a thin fleece material. It would make an awesome fall coat, however; this is not a coat you wear to shovel snow in or to wear outside for extended periods of time during the winter. I wanted a coat that would keep me warm in the car and during my short walk into a building and this seems to work just fine. I'm also experiencing hot flashes these days so this material seems to be the perfect fit for me given it's light weight fabric.3. The coat is made pretty well and it's just a basic coat, no frills, no lining and given the low cost, you're pretty much getting what you pay for. With that being said I think it was worth the money given that I didn't want to spend a lot when I already have a nice coat and just wanted something that looked decent during the winter.4. I placed the order on a Friday and got it by Tuesday so it came earlier than I expected.5. I would definitely order from them again.

I never, in all my life, have owned a coat that I am 100% comfortable in, like I am in this coat. I loved how it looked on as well as how it felt. I was taking a trip to Seattle for NYE from South Texas. I go regularly and always just grin and bear it with a hoodie. I really wanted a solid coat and came across this one. For the price of it, I was skeptical. Also, being plus sized, I was even more skeptical of the likelihood that it would actually fit. Many plus sized items I buy online are either tremendously large or much, much, smaller than expected. The coat itself isn’t very heavy weight but layered over a decent sweater with some jeans and boots on, I was warm and comfortable and had plenty of motion and IT HAS POCKETS. 1000% recommend any of my fellow curvy chicas to buy. Buy to your size, it runs just right with a SMIDGE of extra room. IMO.

High expectations for this jacket but highly disappointed and couldn't wait to return it!

Very cute little jacket and a good deal for the price.

I bought this coat to wear in the car and to be comfortable running errands. Only negative is there needs to be another button on the bottom of the actual coat. It does come with a extra button incase you need to replace one so you could sew that button on. My arms are on the longer side so when sitting it pulls up a bit on the arms.

Very nice coat, especially for the price. It ran large as the reviews stated ; so it fit perfectly. The only thing I thought could be a little better was the buttons. There should be another towards the bottom. But it’s warm but not too heavy and very soft. I’d recommend it!

i rushed to order this as my trip to Chicago forecasted snow all of a sudden, and i don't have "Chicago warm" coats. this isn't really a coat though. has the look of a coat, but more like a jacket. though its lighter weight than i thought it would be, it was actually pretty warm. it got me through the snow, so im happy. i did go down 1 size, but i tend to have bigger arms, so it fit me well. i didn't have much issue with the fit.

The body of the jacket fits my apple body perfectly and balances my shape. The fabric is not premium quality or very thick fleece but it's still nice enough to wear to a business casual office environment. The sleeves could be an inch or two longer. They hit right at my wrist and I think outerwear should be long enough to cover the long sleeved shirts or sweaters underneath it. Overall, I recommend this jacket and would buy it again.
